Do you provide delivery? Install?

Yes, OutFront (and the EasyFence division) is a full-service company and would be happy to quote delivery and installation for all your fence needs.

Does OutFront rent fence or just sell fence?

OutFront sells and rents multiple styles of fence from security fence to event fence. We can provide quotes on short-term rental for an evening or weekend event, seasonal rentals for garden centres, or long-term construction site rental.

How soon after I order a propane cage will it be ready?

Our propane cages are ready 1-2 days after ordering for pickup or to be sent out for delivery.

Are OutFront Lifting Cages engineered?

Yes, OutFront Lifting Cages are engineered and meet all specifications necessary to satisfy safety requirements.

Can OutFront build custom propane cages?

Yes, OutFront manufactures all propane cages on site at our facility in Beamsville, Ontario, and can create custom cages for specific needs and applications.

Does OutFront deliver and set-up rental stages?

Yes, we will look after the delivery and setup of your stage as well as the take down and pickup.

Do OutFront stages have electricity for speakers, microphones, etc.?

Our stages are equipped with a twist lock adapter for easy plug and play access to electricity through a rented generator. OutFront does not supply the generator.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our manufacturing is done in-house at our facility in Beamsville, Ontario.

Are custom options available?

Yes, custom options for tents, shades, benching, and many other products are available. The OutFront sales team would be happy to discuss your specific needs to come up with the design that best suits your needs.

Can I put a company logo on the structures?

Yes, logos or designs can be added to cart corral gables or garden centre vinyl. Designs can be submitted to us, or we can design to your specifications.

Are there minimum orders?

There are no minimum orders.

I have a structure that I purchased from another company. Will OutFront make a roof or side panels for it?

Yes, OutFront makes replacement roofs and sides for all structures. We would be happy to consult with you on your specific needs.

Do you offer delivery and install services?

Yes, OutFront is a full-service company, and we offer delivery, installation, and storage services for your garden centre.

Do you handle the foundation work and what foundation options are available?

Yes, XL Shelter is able to provide and install the foundation for your structure.

Our Fabric Dome Structures are designed to mount to a variety of foundation options including: shipping containers, pre-cast concrete block, poured concrete and steel post / I-beam.

Foundation requirements may change based on the size, style, and location of the structure. It is important to talk to your XL Shelter representative to see which option works best for your site and requirements.

Do I require a building permit?

Yes, in most cases you will require a building permit for your structure. It is always best to check your local municipality’s building codes and zoning bylaws to see what is required.

Is the dome engineered?

Yes, XL Shelter structures are designed according to the specific snow, wind, and seismic activity in your specific location.

All XL Shelter structures are engineered according to the Ontario Building Code and National Building Code of Canada.

How long does manufacturing and installation take?

Most standard size XL Shelter structures can be manufactured in about 4-6 weeks. Some in-stock structures can be shipped in 2-3 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order.

XL Shelter certified technicians can assemble and install most structures on-site in about 1-2 weeks.

What is included in the price, and what are the optional upgrades?

XL Shelter structures start with the basic domed roof. Optional accessories such as end walls, doors, insulation, and ventilation can be added to make the structure functional for your specific needs.

What maintenance is required, and what is the expected lifespan?

XL Shelter buildings are virtually maintenance free.

Our fire-rated XL Membrane comes with a 20-Year prorated warranty.
