Easy Fence provides temporary safety and security fencing solutions, offering both rental and sales programs tailored to project needs. Known for fast delivery and durable construction, Easy Fence supports construction, events, retail, and industrial sectors throughout Canada and the U.S.

XL Shelter

XL Shelter, a division of OutFront, specializes in fabric-covered steel engineered structures designed for industrial, municipal, agricultural, and commercial applications. These pre-engineered shelters are used for everything from aggregate storage and mining operations to aircraft hangars and climate-controlled warehousing. All structures are designed, engineered, manufactured, and installed by experienced teams across North America

A New Chapter:
New Ownership & Added Leadership

At the close of 2024, OutFront Portable Solutions and its divisions, XL Shelter and Easy Fence, were acquired by local entrepreneur Blake Loney of Beamsville, Ontario. The acquisition followed extensive collaboration, as Loney’s team had spent over a decade supporting OutFront as a primary contractor and service provider.

The transition combines seasoned leadership with fresh operational vision. The new management team includes:
Blake Loney – Owner
Kathryn Kilpatrick – Director of Services
Mike VanSteekelenburg – Director of Sales & Marketing

This new era builds on OutFront’s long-standing reputation by bringing renewed energy, expanded capabilities, and a strong commitment to customer-focused innovation. Despite the ownership change, OutFront continues to operate under its familiar name and legacy of industry leadership.
